A New type of hybrid warfare as a threat to the national security of states (ENG)

Hybrid Warfare of a new type is characterized by the involvement of technologies, methods, and tools of cyber warfare, information, energy, and food wars, as well as the possibility of using cyber weapons in modern network-centric warfare.
The author introduces technologies and tools to counter hybrid and asymmetric manifestations of cyber warfare as components of state national security.
